BOOKINGS: Places on our skills courses and guided rides can only be confirmed after payment is received in full.

 

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT: If you wish to cancel a booking you must do this by email or in writing. Cancellations more than 4 weeks prior to your course date will not result in any loss of course fee if a rebooking is made at the same time as cancellation.

Cancellations less than 4weeks prior to your course date will result in the loss of your course fee. Peak Mountain Biking will always try and offer alternative dates to reduce loss of course fees.

 

CANCELLATION BY PMB: Due to the nature of Mountain Biking and the extreme weather conditions that can be experienced in the Peak District, PMB reserve the right to cancel courses at any time if we feel weather or riding condition are unsafe. If PMB cancel a course or guided ride, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. If the course has already started and the instructor has to cancel due to the weather or any other unforeseen circumstances then an alternative date will be offered but no refund will be given.

 

All participants of PMB's Skills Courses or Guided Rides must ensure that their mountain bike and associated safety equipment is suitable for off-road terrain and in safe working condition.

Any mountain bike or associated safety equipment that is not in a safe and serviceable condition will result in the participant not being able to ride and loss of course fee. PMB Strictly abide to this rule with no exception.

A full detailed list equipment will be sent to after you have booked, the list includes, off road mountain bike, cycle helmet, gloves and cycle glasses.

 

It is the participants responsibility to ride within their own individual limits.

 

Peak Mountain Biking or Lee Hankins accept no liability for injury, loss or damage to person or property whilst participating on any of out Skills Courses or Guided Rides

Participants take part at their own risk and agree to follow the rules , regulations and instructions given to them by the instructors.
